We have been strongly advised to inform patients DO NOT ATTEND OUR CLINIC if possible. Ring us on 03 337 0991 and we will ask the nurse to call you back through our new triage system. They will let you know if you need GP advice. We have put in place the following: • phone consults instead of face-to-face consults where possible. The fee will be the same as if you had visited the GP or nurse. If you have something that it would be helpful for the GP or nurse to look at you can take a photo and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org • we will issue medical certificates as appropriate after a phone consult and can email these to you with an invoice. Please ensure we have your correct email address • we will issue repeat prescriptions as appropriate without needing to see you and we'll fax these to a pharmacy where possible so you don't need to collect them. We will not charge you the higher faxed script fee at the current time • we have postponed many of our non-acute services including routine screening, before school checks, minor surgery • we have asked our allied colleagues - podiatrist, physiotherapist, dietitian, occupational therapist and counsellor to postpone their appointments and they will contact you themselves Thank you for your patience and understanding. Our staff are responding to requests as soon as they can.
