We will continue to provide services to our enrolled patients during the coming month as the Country is at COVID-19 Alert Level 4. As we are an essential service our Practice will remain open during our normal working hours. PLEASE DO NOT COME INTO OUR CLINIC UNLESS WE HAVE ASKED YOU TO ATTEND. We will provide services by phone and/or email where possible, or face-to-face if absolutely required. We will continue to deliver childhood immunisations and some other services eg depo. We are offering flu clinics as supplies allow, these are only for patients who are eligible for funded flu vaccines. Our phone lines are very busy at times so please be patient. If you have contacted us and are waiting for us to ring you back please keep your phone nearby so you do not miss our call. Thank you and stay safe.

We are receiving a large number of prescription requests and we are getting through them as soon as we can. Please allow at least 24 hours for the request to be processed. This may need to extend out to 48 hours. We are faxing prescriptions to pharmacies whenever possible (at the standard charge) so please don't come to collect them. Thank you.
